A Little About Cristina

Often remembered for her professional guidance and delightful sense of humor, Cristina Zermoglio has been serving the real estate needs of Houstonian's since she obtained her associate license in 1988. She worked with her family of professionals in the real estate industry, which included her late husband and Broker, Ernesto Zermoglio and two daughters Gabriela And Frernanda. The family immigrated from Argentina to Houston in 1981 and became American citizens in April 1996. She recently changed firms to work with RE/MAX Town & Country.

Cristina is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist. This designation acknowledges completion of and exclusive Coldwell Banker® course in strategic home marketing skills that can result in higher selling prices and reduced market time to her clients.
